Shipping is free in India for orders above the value of ₹1199. Below ₹1199 orders, shipping fee is ₹118 inc GST.
Shipping is free for international orders for value above US$150. Below US$150 orders, shipping fee is US$25.
We strive to deliver products purchased from Kessa in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. For India orders, we take anywhere from 1 day to 15 days to deliver the order, depending on the address, courier availibility and external factors.
For all the purchases of ₹1199* or more, we will deliver the order to your doorstep free of cost. A shipping charge of ₹118 (including GST) will be applicable to all orders under ₹1199. For all COD orders, we charge a COD fee of ₹118 (including GST) per order.
COD Fee and Shipping Charges are different and charged separately as per applicability. In case of Return of the order, any COD Fee or Shipping Charges paid for the order are non-refundable.
If a prepaid order is cancelled, lost, or undelivered to your preferred location, the amount paid online will be credited to your Kessa wallet. This balance can only be used for future purchases.

TAMPERED DELIVERY OR NON-DELIVERY ISSUES RESOLUTION
KESSA uses third party courier services for logistics of orders’ parcels. These courier companies work independently and KESSA does not have any direct control over working or policies of the courier companies. In unforeseen and unfortunate cases wherein courier services refuse to accept customer’s claim of wrong or tampered delivery or non-delivery of parcels, KESSA shall not be held liable for any loss until below mentioned guidelines are followed by customers.
If parcel is received in tampered condition, customer shall refuse to accept parcel from courier person.
Even if parcel is intact, Customer ought to video-record the act of opening the received parcel as proof of any unforeseen and unfortunate case of receiving wrong or missing products inside parcels.
In case customer denies receiving the parcel, while courier company shows parcel to be delivered, customer needs to raise the issue within 48 hours of delivery message. Kessa will share Proof of Delivery (POD) with the customer after receiving it from the courier company.
Even after sharing POD, if customer refuses to accept the authenticity of the shared POD, KESSA can ONLY assist the customer in raising the concern with the concerned courier company. Kessa would re-fulfil the order ONLY when courier company confirms that indeed parcel is lost and not delivered to the customer.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Kessa ship across the globe. For international orders, there is no ‘Cancellation / Return / Exchange’ available. It takes anywhere 3-25 days to deliver the international order, but it is dependent on custom clearance nd other external factors that are ni our control.
Shipping is free for international orders

- for value above AUD250. Below AUD250 orders, shipping fee is AUD40, or,
- for value above GBP125. Below GBP125 orders, shipping fee is GBP20, or,
- for value above AED550. Below AED550 orders, shipping fee is AED100, or,
- for value above MYR700. Below MYR700 orders, shipping fee is MYR120, or,
- for value above SGD200. Below SGD200 orders, shipping fee is SGD35, or,
- for value above CAD200. Below CAD200 orders, shipping fee is CAD35
Note: For international orders, Custom charges may be levied at the port of entry which needs to be fulfilled by the customer. These charges are calculated by the custom/relevant department of the importing country. Though, usually there is no import charges for textiles
